Donations We Cannot Accept

Goodwill can turn almost every donation into revenue for our programs, but there are some items we cannot afford to take. This may be because the item cannot be resold, or because proper disposal of an item would cost Goodwill money that could be used to fund programs for people in need. Goodwill personnel must often consider weight limitations, handling difficulties and other factors when evaluating a donation. And in some cases, federal and local regulations prevent us from accepting or reselling an item.
