Human Services Training

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin provides standard training programs for Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) workers, as well as customized courses for other types of human services care providers, including:

•   Adult Family Care Providers

•   Assisted Living Facility Staff

•   Home Health Care Providers

•   Case Management Staff

•   Day Care Providers

•   Anyone providing services to vulnerable persons in our community

Standard Training for CBRF Employees

Our standard CBRF training programs meet the State of Wisconsin requirements, and are approved by the Department of Health and Family Services, Division of Disability and Elder Services, Bureau of Quality Assurance. Sessions are held at Goodwill’s Administrative Offices in Madison, at 1302 Mendota Street. Professional training facilities are available for groups up to 20 people. Signed certificates will be presented upon successful completion of each program.
